Mom will you jump with me?

...is the question I hear from Jacob. Well I heard him, but I didn't really answer him, waiting to see if this is a fleeting thought. A few seconds later I hear the same request, and then again and again, now tugging on me. And so I have to have the difficult talk...."Well buddy, I would love to come jump with you, but unfortunately mommy pees her paints when she jumps on the trampoline (or sneeze or cough or laugh to hard etc etc etc)" . A little confused look comes over Jakie boys face and then an impish smile. Yes little buddy, your mom has a small potty issue. "But would you like me to come watch and take some pictures of you?" Thank havens that was good enough and we didn't have to go into anymore embarrassing details.

Did you see that cool move?
How 'bout that one?Too bad you can't do this :)

I don't know if you remember back many many moons ago when we all went to your cousin Kelly's house to jump on the trampoline. I declined to jump due to my problem of peeing my pants. And you, my dear friend, made fun of me endlessly.

So all I can say to you now is...HA HA!

Ha ha Ha is right. That is so funny! I'm not much better off and I have never had kids. By the way - who in tarnation is your lost kid Hercamuca? or something like that. Lizzy - you are funny.

Liz - I, my dear, am in the same boat! It's also been laughed at by nieces and nephews who have wanted a jumping 'friend'. Those babies are yummy, but they wreak havoc on your innards.
Kim (cousin - the old one who's pregnant along with your much-younger, of-age to be having babies, sister Becky. I should have left it to the younger ones, the 'peeing' thing just gets worse with age.)

I am someone who has always had a peeing problem (I wonder if I was never properly potty-trained??) I don't know the trampoline-induced pee problem...... yet :)

P.S. Liz, maybe you should have a baby just to make cousin Kim feel better about being "old".

About a year ago when the Grahams lived in SLC I decided to jump on their tramp. To my utter horror I found out that I too am now old enough to have a "pee problem" on the tramp. I didn't need to go I didn't even know there was anything in there! I thought you had to have kids before this was an issue, apparently not!
